Messy

The girls wanted to help me do some baking.

I should have known that all they wanted to do was to play in the flour and eat the flour.  I went to check on Packer for a  minute and when I came back... I found this mess and the girls eating it all up.

I thought I'd get a few pictures because I know one day I will miss these messes!

After a recent rainstorm, we had a beautiful, full rainbow over us!

Lucky Ducks

We have 10 duck eggs by our porch!

We have some mallard ducks that wander around the neighborhood.  The other day we noticed that there was a nest and an egg right by our porch.  We've watched as the past 10 days a mother duck has been coming and going, laying an egg each day.  Yesterday she started sitting on them and incubating them.  We are so excited to see the cute little ducklings we'll have soon!  They say it takes 28 days for them to hatch.  Hopefully she won't get scared off especially since it's right by our front door!

Zoo

Jeff had Friday off, so he took us to the zoo to see the animals (and Lego animals).

We had perfect weather (not too hot, not too cold) and it wasn't very crowded!
